Meditation of the Month: 4 Minute Laughter

Seriousness can be considered as a disease, because it makes the whole world look dull and heavy. There is a saying: “Laugh, and the world laughs with you. Cry, and you cry alone.”

Laughter transforms your life, helping you to transcend illusions and to come close to the source of creation, the cosmic joke in which we are all participants. This meditation is a great way to start the day, is beneficial to your health and can help make you more orgasmic.

Use this meditation every morning for 21 days to experience its full impact on your life. Afterwards, you may choose to continue for a longer period, or just use it now and again.

How to practise this meditation:

  • When you wake up in the morning, before you open your eyes, spend one minute stretching like a cat, allowing your whole body to give a great yawn.
  • Laugh from your belly, moving into a whole body experience. Laugh loudly for three minutes.
  • Open your eyes and begin your day.
