How Raw Salad

A delicious Winter warmer is from the kitchen of Jenny and Robin Littman of Resource Me. Sharing know-how about raw food is their passion and they love to create simple, tasty treats.

Hot Raw Salad

This recipe is great for keeping warm while still eating salads in winter.

Hot salad

Handful of chopped spring onions,
3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 tbs sherry vinegar
Pinch of sea salt (unrefined)
Dash of Tamari
Minced green chillies (take out seeds if you don’t want it too hot!)
Grated ginger

Mix it all together!
