Tantra for Women
Sarita includes women’s work as part of her workshops for couples and mixed groups of men and women, but now she is offering groups which are specifically designed for women. By spending time just with other women, we have the possibility of coming home to our deepest resources. We are able to see ourselves in the mirror of our sisters, and in this way to nurture many aspects of ourselves which may have been neglected. We open up new and expanded sexual awareness, how to access greater ecstasy, how to expand our innate wise woman, how to allow the power of love to manifest more fully in our life.
Discovering the eternal wisdom of woman, we can at last come home to our power, living our true expansive nature.
Secret Garden:
The Power and Mystery of the Divine Feminine
In this group you are held in the sacred circle of women, allowing your secrets to open up, allowing the seed of your being to at last find its potential, to break through frozen earth into the warmth of spring. In the heart, it is always spring. As we open our hearts, we discover our radiant essence, shining light on new ways of living. And discovering the eternal wisdom of woman, we can at last come home to our power, thus living our true expansive nature.
It is a journey and a process of self revelation and healing. We move together into meditations, dance, massage, sharing, sacred ritual, and playful structures. Sometimes women do partner work and sometimes work on their own. You learn from each other and in addition to this, Sarita will be sharing from her 37 years experience on the Tantra path, ways and means to enhance a woman’s every aspect on the subject of being a woman, whether that be her sexuality, her monthly cycle, childbirth, menopause, woman’s spirituality, etc.
Women’s secrets are traditionally explored in a sacred way, stepping out of worldly concerns, where women can explore and be nurtured in their own gender, learning pearls of wisdom which will help them to activate their unique gifts, while at the same time helping them find fulfilment on their chosen life path, whether that be as a budding woman, a bride, a mother, a single woman, a widow, or an elder. There are a lot of misunderstandings around what it is to be a woman in today’s world, and these need to be addressed. The discovery of a true path for women is of great concern for the future of our personal and planetary well being. The healing, nurturing and awakening of the divine feminine is one of the greatest gifts we can receive. Through this, we offer future generations a harmonious world.
