Chocolate Aphrodisiac Cake

Sarita's raw chocolate aphrodisiac cake

Serves 10

Ingredients
250g Cashew nuts
250g dates
5 big ripe avocados
1 lemon
20g Maca powder
20g grated Coconut
150g Almonds
200g Strawberries
200ml Coconut Oil
150g Cacao powder
A pinch of Himalayan salt
Zest of 2 oranges
Half a teaspoon of Stevia
5g Bee Pollen and Cacao nibs to sprinkle on top of the cake

Instructions
1. Soak the cashew and dates in filtered water the night before
2. On the bottom of glass dish, put little bit of coconut oil
3. Grind almonds (or macadamia nuts, Brazilian nuts) in coffee grinder and put half of ground nuts on the bottom of glass dish forming a cake crust
4. Rinse the cashew nuts and put them in the blender with a little filtered water to make a creamy butter, then put that butter into larger bowl for mixing the cake
5. Cream the Dates in the blender, adding a little filtered water
6. Mix the Date cream and cashew butter together in the large bowl
7. Make Avocado cream in the blender with lemon juice, add to the large bowl and mix altogether
8. Add a pinch of Himalayan salt to the large bowl
9. In another bowl add liquid coconut oil and cacao powder and stir altogether. Add Maca powder and stevia and mix well. Quickly add this to the mixture in the large bowl.
10. Add orange zest into large bowl and stir altogether until it became thick and creamy and the oil starts hardening
11. Place half of mixture put on the top of the ground almonds in the glass dish, smoothing it out.
12. Add another layer of ground Cashews, with strawberries on the top to form the middle of the cake
13. Put rest of mixture from the large bowl on the top of that
14. Sprinkle the top of cake with Goji berries, Bee Pollen, Cacao nibs and shredded Coconut
15. Put into the freezer for 30 minutes then into fridge for 2 hours. Then it’s ready to serve.

Eat as separate meal – this cake works as aphrodisiac, so its great for dancing and love making !!! YUMMY…..
