Nature is the ultimate healer – it contains the vibration of wholeness that we seek when we undertake any healing. Whether you are physically, emotional, mentally or spiritually under the weather, use this meditation to rejuvenate yourself and come back to a state of peace.
How to practise this method:
1. Go to a favourite spot in nature. It could be the beach, a wood, the river or your local park – wherever feels the most healing for you.
2. Relax. Take a few deep breaths and settle in your environment.
3. Connect with a particular natural feature of the setting – you may want to sit under a tree, or on a stone in the river, or run into the sea.
4. Allow yourself to connect to the vibration of that feature, until you feel merged with it, until you feel as though there is no separation between you and it. Do this for at least 20 minutes.
5. You can do this by sitting silently, or by being more active, for example swimming in the sea.
