Living Out of the Box
Many people ask me what my secret is to remaining so young and vibrant looking, therefore I am writing this blog in response to those queries. I am including in this blog, many resources to help anyone interested in living a healthy vibrant life to do so.

I like breaking apart the societal norms, jumping out of the pre-programmed box which says beauty and sexual ecstasy is all over for a woman after menopause. It doesn’t have to be that way!!

At the time of writing, I am 62 years old, by Chronological age measurement. In terms of my physical health and well-being, I am about 42 years old. (However, my Osteopath tells me my internal state of being is ageless and timeless.) I am in a deep Tantric relationship with a man who is 30 years old. We have been together for 2 ½ years and are very happy together.

A Reality Check on Hormones

Here is a little reality check: Before puberty our hormonal levels are cruising at level which gives rise to a champagne like joy and pleasure in many varied ways. Once puberty hits, hormone levels are jacked up by nature to make us ready to get pregnant and nurture the growing infant for 9 months in the womb, to raise this child and perhaps have more children. This is a huge strain on the entire body, emotions and psyche of a woman, and as a reward, nature gifts us with abundant libido and drive for sexual ecstasy.

After menopause, our hormone levels return to a normal state, as we were in before puberty. We retain a bubbling champagne like quality throughout our body and if we desire to take this into sexual enjoyment, we have abundant resources to do so. It was found in studies on women’s sexuality that a woman is capable of multiple orgasm into her 90’s and beyond. When my mother was in her 80s, I asked her if she was still having orgasms and she said, “of course!” I asked her if she was still juicy and wet, and she replied, “of course!” When she became a widow, this marvellous woman put an ad in the newspaper (at the ripe age of 82), that she was looking for a love partner. She received 20 replies and chose the most creative and charming man out of all those who answered. He was 7 years younger than her and they were happily married till his death, 7 years later. (She continued living till her 100th year.)

I have found out from my own experience that juiciness and the capability for multiple orgasm continues after menopause. Of course, in order for this to happen it is necessary to cultivate wise eating and exercise habits. Enjoying vibrant physical health helps in every way to maintain flowing sexual ecstasy.

Yoga and Exercise is essential for a healthy vibrant body. This may be walking, bicycling, yoga, dancing, and so on. If we do not use our muscles, they atrophy, it is as simple as that. If you live in a city, try walking up-stairs instead of taking the lift. This will tone your bum very nicely!

The role of meditation in vibrant health is of utmost importance. When we meditate we are tuning our body / mind to the cosmic heartbeat. By so doing, we lose the addiction to stress and discover the eternal, beyond time and mind. I have been immersed in meditation since 1973. It is the greatest gift you can give to yourself.

I receive regular, (at least one a week) massage and a regular holistic facial every 6 weeks. Doing a regular facial has a accumulative effect of drawing out your inner beauty and allowing it to shine from your face, your eyes and your whole being! I have been having holistic facials every 6 weeks for the last 10 years. The effects are obvious. The best in the world I have come across is:

Sexual Health
After menopause, if you don’t cultivate your sexuality, it will gradually diminish and you will not feel much in terms of sexual pleasure. It is wise to maintain a regular boost of sexual ecstasy.
