Personal and Planetary Health – Sarita’s Blog

The way we feel about our bodies, the way we treat our bodies, mirrors how we treat our world and how we feel about our place in the universe.
At the present time, it appears that humanity came to this world in order to go on a suicide mission. We appear to be hellbent on destroying our bodies and by default, the planet. It appears that a great sleep has come over humanity and in this sleep we are having a nightmare. There may still be time to awaken from the nightmare and begin to repair the damage to our bodies and to the greater body, our planet. The necessity to awaken is now a do or die situation!

When all the trees have been cut down, when all the animals have been hunted, when all the waters are polluted, when all the air is unsafe to breathe, only then will you discover you cannot eat money.” Cree (Native American) Prophesy

Here are a few examples of preventable personal and planetary health hazards and their cures:

1) 5G aimed onto earth from satellites

Would you seriously consider placing your whole body in a microwave oven? This is essentially what we are doing by receiving 5G waves. The effect of 5G radiation is to disrupt the connectivity between cells. This detrimental state of affairs invites cancer to set up house in the body. In Holland during tests for 5G birds dropped out of the sky, dead. And yet, the evil beings who rule countries seem to be only concerned about how much power and money can be generated through this new technology.

CURE: Boycott 5G. Make lawsuits against any government or corporation which wishes to use it. Use harmless communication technologies such as fibre optics.

2) Dental hazards: root canals and mercury amalgam fillings are dangerous for health

To receive a root canal is similar to receiving a death sentence. It will take maybe 20 years before the verdict is known, but it is certain it will come. For more information on this, see the film, The Root Cause. Mercury is the 2nd deadliest poison on the planet and it is being used in people’s mouths. Though banned in many countries, it is truly sinister that in USA and the UK these fillings are still being widely used. Apparently, these throw-away cultures are quite happy to throw away people as well as plastic!

CURE: Only go to Holistic Biological Dentists! Sue the dental industry for grievous bodily harm! It has been known for the last 100 years how dangerous root canals and mercury are, but this information is still being suppressed by mainstream dentistry.

3) Genetically Modified Food

The great evil of chemical warfare (think agent orange and napalm) metamorphosed into agriculture warfare with each human being as the target. See the film, ‘Genetic Roulette’ to learn more about the dangers for your body.
Their logic is simple, if they alter the genetics of vegetables and fruits and bend it to their sick minds, they can patent it. And who owns the food, dominates the world. This makes logical sense, but it is certainly idiotic if they care even a little bit about life. Their products are killing the soil, bees, birds and people as well as destroying nature’s usual way of reproducing itself.

CURE: Check labels carefully and buy only organic non-GMO food. Raise your voice against this silent killer in our midst. Sometimes, I can’t help but wonder if these kinds of inventions are being perpetuated by some alien species which wish to kill all humanity and take over the earth. We are being attacked, but because it appears to be from within, we don’t suspect. We somehow cannot believe humans are killing other humans in the name of profit.

4) Junk Food

It is a simple fact that whatever food humans are raised on becomes ingrained as the food of choice. When whole countries subscribe to a junk food lifestyle, it means their populations become sick, fat and stupid. The saying, “You are what you eat” is true! Junk Food Corporations make sure to get as many people as possible addicted to their not-food products as young as possible so they have customers for life! The sugar industry is a good example of this.

Sugar is put in baby formula and this is not much different than if you put heroin in baby formula. It is a bizarre fact that many doctors in the world when dealing with all the multi health alerts which stem from poor diet, will almost never mention anything about poor food choices as being the reason for this person’s illness. It is as if there is an unspoken rule, ”Don’t talk about the elephant in the room!” In this case, the elephant being sugar, dairy, bad fats, aspartame, MSG, GMOs etc.

Some people think, “If I eat healthy there will be no taste.” The contrary is true. Your taste buds get destroyed through a junk food diet and because of this, you need stronger and stronger stimulation to taste anything at all. When you attain to a normally healthy body through health giving foods, you will have ‘tastegasms’ just by eating some steamed vegetables!

CURE: Do a herbal cleanse, juice fast or Ayurveda Pancha Karma. This will release you from your addiction to junk food and set you on the road to recovery. See the film Forks Over Knives for inspiration as to a healthy food direction. For Ayurveda Pancha Karma: contact Dr. Mini Joy

5) Plastic

It appears we cannot live without it, and yet it is certain we cannot live with it! Plastic is non- biodegradable. It takes hundreds of years to degrade. This means, it is killing life in the oceans and becoming micro-plastic in their bodies. Humans then eat those fish and by default, ingest micro plastic, causing severe dysfunction of the physical body. When I was a child, plastic was not widely used and we functioned just fine. We had paper bags for groceries and recycled glass bottles for liquids. Whenever we would bring the glass bottle back to the shop, we would get money for that.

CURE: The technology already exists to create hemp plastic which is naturally bio degradable. The time to switch to hemp plastic is NOW, not later! Every country in the world needs to pass a law against non bio-degradable plastic, effective, immediately! All armies can be put to actually helping rather than harming life by being put to work to clean up all plastic from oceans, beaches and other areas.

6) Rapist technologies

Our mother earth is being systematically raped in service of the greed for more and more wasteful ways of generating energy. Mining, petrol production and Fracking are all examples of the philosophy of ‘more.’
Indigenous cultures have wisely been in the habit of projecting their way of life seven generations into the future to find out if it is sustainable or not. In today’s world the concept of sustainability is close to zero. The contemporary idea about life seems to be: “Take as much as you can as fast as you can! Too bad for those who will come after us. They will inherit a lifeless desert. But as we are so clever, by that time, we will have colonies in outer space and humans, like cockroaches, can certainly survive anywhere….till the resources are gone. And even then, so what? By that time, humans may be obsolete, because we would have morphed into bio-computers and can live forever!

CURE: Read the book; Living Energies about Victor Schauberger’s life and work by Callum Coats and through this, learn how to understand nature and copy her. Her vast power and abundance is enough to sustain us, but we must learn to work with her, not try to dominate her.

Roberta Black-goat, an elder of the Independent Dineh (Navajo) Nation at Big Mountain speaks out about our present dilemma. “All the suffering going on in this country with the tornadoes, floods, and earthquakes is carried on the breath of Mother Earth because she is in pain.
About mining she says: “They are trying to take her precious guts out for money. My grandfather told me that coal is like the liver, and uranium is both the heart and lungs of Mother Earth.” (Hopis and Navajos are fighting the mining.)
Roberta continues: “We are ruining the earth with technology. We are polluting the waters and the air. Only 1% of all the water on this earth is drinking water. Now they say that at least 1/2 of that is polluted! The salmon are disappearing because of the pollution and dams. The buffalo, the passenger pigeon, and many other species have disappeared. But the most endangered species in the world today, let me tell you, is us! We are the endangered species! We are a part of nature! We are part of this earth; we are a part of everything that lives. If you don’t know how to be a human being you’ll never be spiritual.” Roberta Black-goat (Navajo Elder)

7) Destruction of soil, water and plant life

If we see a bird or animal fouling their nest or destroying their habitat, we would certainly understand that this animal has gone dangerously berserk.
And yet, humanity is destroying the entire eco system, soil, water and plants / trees without appearing to have any awareness that these actions mean death for humanity and many other species.
The Center for Biological Diversity writes in an article entitled Human Population Growth and Extinction: So where does wildlife stand today in relation to 7.5 billion people? Worldwide, 12 percent of mammals, 12 percent of birds, 31 percent of reptiles, 30 percent of amphibians, and 37 percent of fish are threatened with extinction. Not enough plants and invertebrates have been assessed to determine their global threat level, but it is severe.
Extinction is the most serious, utterly irreversible effect of unsustainable human population.

CURE: Follow the recommendations of the Siberian Mystic Woman, Anastasia. Wikipedia describes her vision for people everywhere to co-create human life on earth as a series of gardens, in tune with nature. “The kinship homestead is a parcel of land of not less than one hectare (100×100m) for the permanent residence of one family, where the family can build a house with love, plant a family tree, own a forest, a garden, and equip a pond. The kinship homestead is enclosed by a hedge of forest cultures: cedar, coniferous and deciduous trees, shrubs

By coming back to the garden, we simultaneously come back home to ourselves and to a sane approach to life on earth.
Even if you live in a city, make a garden on your roof!

In Cuba, when they could not import pesticides, toxic fertilizers and even petrol due to an embargo, the whole country went organic and a majority of people, even in the city, grew a garden. The result was, the cities began producing enough food in their gardens to supply most of the city’s needs. Health of the population increased dramatically. And Cuba became a leader in organic garden techniques.

A quote in an article entitled Cuba’s Organic Revolution says:
By 1998, as a direct result of this policy, there were over 8,000 officially recognized gardens in Havana, cultivated by more than 30,000 people and covering some 30 per- cent of the available land. And urban agriculture continues to expand, with many urban areas providing up to 50 percent of their caloric needs. The goal is to grow all of the horticultural products consumed within the city in urban gardens. These farms and gardens have been organized into five main categories:

Huertos populares (popular gardens): gardens privately cultivated by urban residents in small areas throughout Havana.
Huertos intensivos (intensive gardens): gardens cultivated in raised beds with a high ratio of compost to soil and run either through a state institution or by private individuals.
Autoconsumos: gardens and small farms belonging to and producing food for workers, usually supplying cafeterias of particular workplaces.
Campesinos particulares: individual small plots cultivated by farmers, largely working in the greenbelt around the city.
Empresas estatales: large farms run as state enterprises, many with increasing decentralization, autonomy, and degrees of profit sharing with workers.

The most urban of these are the popular gardens, which range in size from a few square meters to three hectares (7.4 acres). The larger plots of land are often subdivided into smaller individual gardens. Usually the gardens are sited in vacant or abandoned plots in the same neighbourhood, if not next door to the gardener’s household. The local government allocates land, which is handed over at no cost as long as it is used for cultivation.”

It is wise to remember and act on these words of inspiration from Native American Elders:
Honour the sacred. Honour the earth, our mother. Honour the elders. Honour all with whom we share the earth; four legged, two legged, winged ones, swimmers, crawlers, plant and rock people. Walk in balance and beauty.
